All change as Chestertons expands its team Image

Award winning local and international estate agent Chestertons Gibraltar has expanded its property team with the appointment of Ian Dawson as an additional sales negotiator. Ian, an ex-police officer turned property project manager has lived in Gibraltar for 13 years.

Meanwhile, Tim Benson moves to Business Development and Commercial Director from Sales Director. This enables Tim to focus on the expanding commercial property sector in Gibraltar, whilst also making time for maintaining and creating strategic client relationships with property developers, investors and incoming high net worth individuals.

Louis Perry, moves up to Senior Sales Negotiator after four very successful years at Chestertons. Louis has become an extremely knowledgeable member of the sales team with a particular panache for off-plan investment property.

Commenting on these changes, Mike Nicholls stated “'This expansion and the internal changes are client led. The market has responded to our increasing range of services and ongoing professional service and we are restructuring ourselves to meet this demand. These changes enable us to grow our core agency activity which shows no sign of any post Brexit slowdown, whilst boosting the resource we have in our commercial and our bespoke property divisions. We see the latter as a growth area as developers and investors seek both professional and independent advice before plunging into the local property market.”

The changes took place on 21 November 2017.
