Chestertons has won 'Best Estate Agency in Gibraltar” for 2022/23 at The International Property Awards. The ceremony, packed with property professionals from across Europe, was held at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 27^th October 2022.

This is the fourth time Chestertons has won the award, having achieved the accolade in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 before Covid set in.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 100 judges, chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley. Judging focuses on each entrant’s design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.  Entering the awards is optional and consequently time consuming, however, it is something we at Chestertons seek to do as another test of achieving ever higher standards.
