In accordance with the CIVIL CONTINGENCIES EMERGENCY (CORONAVIRUS) (CATERING AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS) (CONSTRUCTION AND SHIPBUILDING AND REPAIR) (No.2) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020, Chestertons has implemented the following procedures for the safety of its employees, clients and applicants until further notice:

3. Social distancing whether staff to staff or staff to clients in the office will be a minimum of 2 metres at any one time
4. Hand sanitzers have been installed just inside the entrance to each office and each and every person entering the office shall use the hand sanitizer on each occasion.  In addition, both offices are equipped with running water, soap and a basin and all persons in each office are encouraged to wash their hands frequently
5. Company cars are for staff only and not clients
6. Staff will wear masks on all viewings whilst vendors and applicants will be offered the use of masks
7. A cleaning company has been engaged to undertake a full clean of each office prior to each office opening each morning
8. No employee is compelled to be based in the office, home working is permissible, so those working in the office are there out of choice
