We are delighted to start the year by announcing two well-deserved internal promotions, recognising long standing commitment, leadership and expertise within the Chestertons’ team.
Louis Perry has been promoted to Director of Off Plan and Investment. Having joined Chestertons in 2013, Louis has been instrumental in building and leading our off-plan department. He will continue to oversee all off-plan and investment activity, working closely with developers, investors and clients to identify opportunities, guide projects from launch to completion, and provide strategic advice in a dynamic market.
Louis commented: “I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and to continue building on the success of our off-plan and investment department. Chestertons has been my professional home for many years, and I’m excited for the next chapter with such a strong team.”
We are also pleased to confirm the promotion of Cherrelle Elliott to Director of Business Services, following more than 10 years of dedicated service. Cherrelle will oversee the day to day running of the business, including internal operations, administration, marketing and team coordination, ensuring the high standards and consistency our clients expect.
We warmly welcome both Louis and Cherrelle to the Board and look forward to the leadership and insight they will bring.
As part of these changes, Lisa Kilkenny, Operations Director, will be stepping down from the Board as she prepares to pursue new professional ventures. Over more than a decade with Chestertons, Lisa has played a pivotal role in shaping our operations, compliance framework, marketing direction and internal processes. While she will be leaving the Board, we thank her sincerely and look forward to working with her in a different capacity going forward.
Lisa said: “After more than 10 years at Chestertons, this was a carefully considered decision. The team has become my Chestertons family, and I wish everyone every success.”
Mike Nicholls, CEO, added: “I am incredibly proud that we have appointed two directors from within our own ranks. This new Board structure gives us the dynamism we need as we navigate Gibraltar’s immediate future. I am, however, sorry to see Lisa step down and thank her for being the backbone of the business for so many years.”
