Chestertons Gibraltar is delighted to announce once again that we are a lead sponsor of the MedSteps5 Challenge, taking place on Saturday, 9th May 2026. This annual charity event has become a cornerstone of Gibraltar’s community calendar, bringing together people of all ages and abilities to take on one of the Rock’s most iconic physical challenges, all in support of Cancer Relief Gibraltar.
The MedSteps5 Challenge is not just a physical challenge, it’s a testament to community spirit. Each year, people from all walks of life take part, whether completing one lap or striving for all five, walking side by side in support of Cancer Relief Gibraltar’s critical services. These include free nursing care, counselling, day services, and emotional and practical support for patients and families navigating the challenges of cancer.
Last year’s event was the biggest yet, with an incredible 720 participants stepping up to the challenge and helping to raise a record-breaking £28,900 for Cancer Relief Gibraltar. The outstanding turnout and generosity of the community truly highlighted the strength of support behind this important cause.
As in previous years, we are proud to support this inspiring initiative alongside the organisers, volunteers and participants who make it such a success. Chestertons Gibraltar is committed to giving back to the community and helping to raise awareness and funds for those affected by cancer here on the Rock.
So save the date and come and take part or show your support. Whether you’re walking, running, volunteering, cheering from the sidelines or donating, every contribution strengthens this community-driven mission.
Registration opening soon.
